He is Risen!
Easter has always been my favorite holiday. Maybe. Valentine’s Day is pretty great too 😉 anyways, our family piled into the mini van this morning, ten minutes late as usual, and lively as ever.
We headed to Nowthen Minnesota, where Daddy preached this morning. After 30 minutes in the car, we stopped at Moon Donuts in Buffalo. Oh my gosh. The Apple Fritters.
After a box of donuts, we continued to church, enjoyed a fantastic service preached by Daddy and headed home to enjoy a nap before our entourage of guests arrived.
Charlie arrived half an hour early which meant we had had time to catch up on all our literature reviews since hadn’t talked in…a day. She and I could probably talk existentialism for hours but Easter has other important things to discuss 😉
After everyone had arrived we were blessed with an incredible meal made my none other than my perfect mother, followed by dying Easter eggs of course.
